Privacy Policy for Freeman Florist Privilege Card Apps
The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. In few applications, registration with us is mandatory in order to be able to use the basic features of the Application.
When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide but not limited to –
(a) Your name, email address, contact number, age, username, password and other registration information;
(b) Information you provide us when you contact us for help and
(c) Information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information and project management information.
We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, app updates and marketing promotions.
Automatically Collected Information:
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
For certain features, the App may collect real-time location information of the device. When you visit the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within and display a location map. We will not share your current location with other users or partners without your consent.
Information to Third Party:
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
With our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
If Quacito / INFOCRATS is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.
We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We may work with advertisers and third party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Application which helps us keep the cost of the Application low. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Application, including, but not limited to, the unique identification ID of your mobile device and your mobile telephone number. To protect the anonymity of this information, we use an encryption technology to help ensure that these third parties can’t identify you personally. These third parties may also obtain anonymous information about other applications you’ve downloaded to your mobile device, the mobile websites you visit, your non-precise location information (e.g., your zip code), and other non- precise location information in order to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising on the Application and elsewhere. We may also share encrypted versions of information you have provided in order to enable our partners to append other available information about you for analysis or advertising related use.
Opt-out rights:
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information:
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
Children:
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
Security:
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. We are under no obligation to personally inform users regarding the change in the Privacy Policy. All efforts have been made to check for errors in this website, however, errors may occur for which Freeman Florist may not be responsible. In all aspects regarding to this site, changes may be made to the time of confirmation of order acceptance by Freeman Florist.
Agreement & Acknowledgement
Whenever a sale transaction occurred between Freeman Florist and customer, it is considered to have abided to these Terms & Conditions. Delivery until payment and any other applicable charges are received in full by Freeman Florist.
On confirmation of order, customer deemed to have given Freeman Florist consent to pay any charges mentioned in above clause on behalf of customer.
Flowers availability
- Exact arrangement of flowers will not be possible. Pictures are strictly for illustrative purposes only.
- Seasonal flowers will be substituted, in the case where it’s unavailable
- Colour and shade of flowers may differ from what is shown in the photos due to variances in computer/mobile screen calibration, and nature.
- Freeman Florist reserve the right to substitute any unavailable flowers at our own discretion, without prior notice or obligations to you.
Confidentiality
All information customer post or transmit on this site will be kept confidential. Freeman Florist does not warrant that this site or its services will be always available, accessible, complete, uninterrupted, timely, secure, error free or free from viruses.
Account Maintenance & Responsibility
It is the responsibility of customer to maintain their account and the confidentiality of password. Freeman Florist cannot prohibit minors or individual under 18 year of age from visiting this site. We must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising them to decide which materials are appropriate for view or purchase.

Additional delivery charge of $5 for every additional items/products worth $45 and above
There is an additional surcharge of $10 for balloon bouquets.
There is an additional surcharge of $15 for Army Camps, Sentosa, Changi Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Ports and All Universities and Polytechnics. You will be contacted to make payments before the orders is executed.
Our customer service officer will contact customer to process additional payment before delivery is possible.
Freeman Florist shall deliver the products purchased to the place of delivery designated by customer and agreed to by Freeman Florist as evidenced in customer’s invoice or e-mail confirmation by Freeman Florist.
Freeman Florist will not be responsible for products delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender or unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery stated by customer. Second attempt to deliver or re-route requested by sender, a surcharge of $15.00 Singapore dollar is applicable. That delivery will also be placed at the lowest priority.
On Valentine’s Day week (7th to 15th) will do not deliver to Marina Bay Sand Hotel & shopping, Tuas, Jurong Island, Army Camps, Sentosa, Changi Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Ports and All Universities and Polytechnics.
Freeman Florist reserves the right to replace any item with another of equivalent value depending on stock availability.

As our each country’s florist partner has their own terms and conditions to the delivery of flowers and gifts, customers should order their flowers 72 hours prior to the desire delivery date to avoid any disappointments. No refund will be made if customer made a late order or expect a same day delivery (due to the different time zone we are in)
Refund Policy
Refunds will be given at the discretion of Freeman Florist. No refunds are allow after 24 hours of receiving the items purchased.
Do No Call (DNC) Provisions
The DNC Provisions, which have become effective since 2 January 2014, introduce certain changes to the way in which we may send you promotional and marketing messages and call you via your Singapore telephone number(s). Marketing messages are messages sent to individuals with the intention of or advertising; promoting or offering to provide goods, services or promoting the supplier’s products.
These changes will however generally not affect our sending of other types of messages via your Singapore telephone number(s), such as informational and service related messages, messages that are for business to business marketing, market survey/research or which promote charitable or religious causes, and personal messages sent by individuals.

Freeman Florist aims to comply with the requirements of the PDPA and respects your choices.
If you have registered your telephone number with the Do Not Call (DNC) Registry, we will not send you promotional and marketing messages.
However, if you have previously made purchases in store or online, with a registration of your Singapore telephone number(s) or email addresses, it deem consensus to our sending you such messages via your telephone number, we will continue to do so until you withdraw such consent.
Also, if you currently have an existing, ongoing relationship with us, depending on the nature of that relationship, we may continue to send you promotional or marketing messages via SMS or fax about products and services which are related to that ongoing relationship (Freeman Florist’s Members and Newsletters). Your consent will be valid until you withdraw your consent.
